can i learn how to use the opponent's spin serve against him.

Hi Sai,

If you have a relaxed hand and push the ball back, it can retain some of the spin that the server puts on the ball.

This does take a lot of learning and understanding to get the feel for returning the ball with such feeling.

The same can be done during the rally using a relaxed hand to control the ball back and give your opponent back their own spin.
