I want to increase the speed to my shots and get my smashes on correct place because my shots speed is a bit slow.
I also need to learn forehand spin serve.

To increase speed first you need to make sure you have good technique at a slower pace. If you have good technique then you can build and hit the ball a lot faster. Without good technique as soon as you try to hit the ball faster the ball will miss a lot of the time. One of the big things with playing faster is generating good topspin on your shots.
