Hi Alois,

Because of lots of lateral movements in table tennis, I have permanent corns on the inner sides of the balls of my feet. My current shoes fit me very well and eveything else is fine, so I wonder what can I do. So how to avoid corns? Try different shoes? Special sport socks?

Hi Ilia,

I am not sure how to avoid them.  They are probably just a hazard of the training that you are doing.  Others with a bit more background in this area may be able to help you here.
