Hitting a Forehand below table problem

Hi,

Everytimr I do a forehand below a table, the ball always pop ups really high and the opponent always have a chance to attack or smash my ball.

Try contact the ball with the sides of the rubber( not edges) . Learn how to brush the ball more to generate a proper topspin.
