Hi Alois,

When I hit heavy top spin chances of returning ball is very low but if some times it return back I am unable to hit another topspin. Reason what I am thinking is 1>I am trying to attempt more heavy topspin 2>Ball may have heavy back spin 3>It's my fear that ball will go in net and I lose my confidence. and last 4>My technique to attempt it is wrong.

Most of the time, after I hit (2nd topspin)  ball falls in to my court or hit at the the middle of the net very rarely it get clears and goes to other court. Can you suggest me proper technique to use so every time it goes to other court with 100% accuracy.

 Thanks,

Hi Rajesh,

Firstly make sure you are getting the technique correct on your topspin.  Look at the lesson on the Forehand Topspin to get some hints.

Adjusting to the second topspin can be awkward.  Think about keeping your arm relaxed through your first topspin so that you can adjust to the different spin on the second ball. Perhaps you are hitting the second ball too flat.  Try putting a littel more spin and lifting it over the net.
