Hi my name is David and i want to ask that how do you grab the paddle when you do the fast low serve can you tell me like putting a video or something... thank you

Hi David,
The best way to grip the bat for this is to take your three fingers off the handle of the racket and make a fist behind the handle. this will allow you to use your wrist more freely which will make it easier to hit the ball faster.
