Hi Pingskills,
Our country is one of the candidates to host the World Cadet Challenge 2014. Therefore we have started our national training,
However all we ever do at this training is play games. How can i improve?

Hi Ramon,
If you have the opportunity, try to organise with a partner to train some skills. Perhaps you can talk to the coach and ask if you can work on some drills. Which country are you in?
If this is not possible, then while playing your games focus on one thing such as improving your forehand or backhand or your footwork.
