Hello I ve a little trouble with forehand topspin hit and more detailed when it's in loop. When the loop start i'm doing good but 1 or 2 stronger hits and when I hit the ball it goes to the opponent side, near to the table but no on it. How I can fix that?

Greetings, Rosen.

Hi Rosen,

When the ball comes faster and with more spin the important thing is to play with a softer hand and angle your bat over the ball more to keep it lower.

This can take a bit of time to learn to adjust quickly to the different ball but it will come.

In training, get your partner to topspin to you at different pace and spin and see if you can adjust.
