Forehand sidespin

I can hit my forehand with topspin and right hand sidespin but I can't hit it with left hand sidespin.

Hi Chris,

Take a look at our lesson on Sidespin Forehand Topspin.  This will show you how to do both spins.

It is a matter of using the angle of your wrist to get the different types of sidespin.
