Which kind of strokes are better to use (Backhand or Forehand). By switching my positions by basic foot work I can play both forehand or backhand strokes wherever the ball is. Please help me decide which kind of strokes should I play

Hi Preetish,

As you develop your game you will start to find a the balance of forehand and backhand that you use best.  Some players play a little more forehand and some play a little more backhand.  No one really plays all forehands now because the game is too fast.

Try to develop both sides.
