Forehand Blocking

Hi,

when my opponent loops the ball to my centre or left, I would block it with my backhand.But when my opponent loops the ball to my right i would have problem blocking as the ball is too fast for me to block. what should i do? Thx

Hi Hao,

I think it may be a matter of practicing your forehand block.  Watching the ball careful is also anpther key.

Watch Samsonov.  I notice he will block a little behind his body if the shot is really fast.  Especially on third ball attacks
