Hi pingskills! It's been a long time since I last asked here. I am now at college and far from my coach from before, and my training is now lessened due to busy schedules. And now may I ask you to post a video for me on how to practice footworks at home so I would not lose much training and still have my game like before. Thanks in advance

Hi Ron,

You can do this with shadow play.  This is performing the movements of the footwork drills without a ball.  So make a stroke action, then make the movement and then another stroke, like you would if you were doing a footwork drill.  This will get you practicing the movements and you can also focus well on the balance and strokes that you are making.
