So i thought you could give us some tips with our foot work and drills for practice
Thank you
Hi Kelly,
There are two main ways of moving. You can either move sideways after you have your hit or you can circle around and move to the back. The most important thing is that you are playing your shot and then moving as soon as possible to allow your partner to get in to play the next ball.
When you are not hitting you also need to try to be as close as possible to be bale to move into get the next ball.
Still always use your side stepping footwork to move.
It is all about efficient movement.
Good luck with your doubles.
