Hi alois i have a problem with kid who always serves fast and short balls to the corners of the table if i go to the right corner he serves to the left corner if i go to the left well .... you know what happens next if i stay in the middle its to hard to return it if i do return it it comes high and then he does a forehand loop please help
Hi Abbas,
The key is watching the ball well. If you watch the ball from the time it is in his hand all the way through it will give yourself a better chance of reacting to the fast serves.
Alois explains the key principles of returning serve. He covers topics such as using your bat like a rudder and how a serve can only have one type of spin

You can wait a bit further from the table,as the forward movement is easier than the backward movement and you also have more time to react
