Hi Alois and Jeff,

This days, I like to watch videos about table tennis matches besides training. Just wondering, do videos help me to improve my skills? Sometimes I like to watch your videos about serving and I found it very interesting. Yours and Jeff's serves are incredible, so I watch them many times and I don't get bored watching them. I also watch table tennis rallies.

Hi Archel,

I think watching matches of the best players in the world is also a great idea. It gives you good images that you can copy.

Also by watching the lessons we will try to explain what those best players are doing with their skills and why they are so good.
