can i use a DHS Hurricane neo to get a best spin and control.

Hi Vivek,

That rubber will give you good spin.  I haven't used it but others may be able to comment.

Well it has good spin, that's for sure. Control depends: If you will get a really flat ball without much spin yes, it's easy to control. As soon as you get a sidespin/backspin/topspin serve, it's getting difficult. The ball will pop off your rubber since the spong is hard and because the rubber itself is very tacky the effect will also do its job. 

I recommend you buying it if you can do all strokes good with a normal rubber.
