Training
Hi alois
Footwork drills are extremely tiring, especially when you are close to finishing. The body starts to wear out and the idea of slowing down comes into the mind.
It's hard to stay determined and continue training hard when your body wears out. How do we stay determined?
Hi Eugene,
This is all part of improvement. To get better at anything, you have to be able to persevere.
Against defenders you've generally got a bit more time to make your attack and so you can be more selective on which ball to target.
