Footwork drills are extremely tiring, especially when you are close to finishing. The body starts to wear out and the idea of slowing down comes into the mind.
It's hard to stay determined and continue training hard when your body wears out. How do we stay determined?

This is all part of improvement. To get better at anything, you have to be able to persevere.
In this video we discuss how you should choose your drills. We also talk about the type of drills you should choose in the off season as opposed to when you are in competition. We finish off the video by teaching you how to design your own drills.
