i want to ask what shudbe th positon of the bat whle defending as u dont know which way oppeonent is going to attack ? and what can be done to increase the speed of reaction to defend the attack ?
Hi Atif,
The key is watching the ball. This will help you to pick up all the cues to work out where the ball is coming.
Increasing your reactions is best done by receiving a lot of fast balls. Multiball is a good method of doing this.

Being able to play a third ball attack from both wings is a huge step in your development. It means that your opponent has no safe place to push the ball long. This week we ask you to perform a number of match drills that require you to play third ball attacks from either side.
