is better if your far out from the table and then the other player plays a short ball.  is it better to smash it with a forehand or play it short back to the other player?

plz do video response,thx from table tennis pro

Hi Haris,

If you have time and the ball is high then you can try to smash it.  If the ball is low then play a short ball back.. This takes a bit of skills to have enough control to keep the ball short while you are running in.
