Sorry to hear about your injury. Luckily when I was playing the longest I was injured was about 4 weeks. There were often shorter periods when I was injured but certainly nothing as long as you are facing.
One thing that you can do is to do a lot of service practice. Even if you put your knee on a chair or get yourself into a comfortable position and just focus on your serving.
Playing a defensive game will test your knee. Perhaps you can think of modifying your game to stay closer to the table. One style that can be effective is the close to the table chop blocking with long pimples. Changing your style may not be an easy task but may be a solution.
Perhaps others that have been faced with such injuries have advice for you.

That is such terrible news!!!!
Can't believe you suffered that injury just when you were improving so rapidly!!! I hope you can rebound stronger than ever...though perhaps you might have to consider changing your style a bit as suggested.
Speedy recovery and look forward to seeing you on those early Saturday training sessions again.
