What is the best practice of changing your grip back to handshake after you have just served with your fingers behind the bat with the pendulum serve?

Hi Sean,

If you have the serving grip well, then it is just a matter of taking your fingers and placing them around the handle again.  At first it is a matter of remembering to do it rather than a difficult movement to perform.

As soon as you contact the ball with the serve start to change your grip.  It is a bit of a practice issue and getting the timing of it right.  It is something that you can focus on with your service practice time.
