Training

Everyone asks about different tips, tricks, training, drills and equipment. My question is a bit different. How should I use a break about 5 minutes in training? Should I eat something, what to drink, what about cleaning my rubber and more?

Thanks, Lukas Oberbanscheidt

Hi Lukas,

You can use it to have a drink but you should also be doing this regularly during your session.  Also just use it as a mental break to relax and get your focus away from the table fora few minutes so that you can come back refreshed and ready to start the next part of your session.

You coud have something small to eat as well which isn't as easy to do during the on table time.
