hi alois,

im not good at blocks well.... i can block but when a fast ball comes i dont block i stay freezed... some help please!

Hi Rahul,

When you block it is important to keep your hands soft to absorb the speed and spin.

Stay focussed on the ball when blocking.  Being able to watch the ball closely will make it feel like the ball is slowing down for you.  

Blocking takes a lot of training.  When you practice you should always focus during your training drills even when your partner is doing the drill and you are blocking for them. Use that time wisely and you will find that you blocking will soon improve.
