Bat size/shape

Is ther a legal limit or law the restricts the size of your bat and the shape that the ittf has made?

HI James,

YOu can have any size bat that you want. There is no restriction.

Of course if the bat is too big it becomes too hard to mover around, that is why most bats are the size they are.

It can also be any shape.  Again, over time the shape they are seems to be the one that is most streamlined and easy to use.

Doubles Serving Rules

In this video we go over the somewhat complicated rules of serving for doubles in table tennis. There are a couple of extra rules for doubles that you don't apply to singles. In doubles you always serve from the right hand box diagonally to your opponent's right hand box. Each player has 2 serves each. If you've just been receiving then it's your turn to serve next.
