Strokes
Hello Alois and Jeff,
I was wondering what do I do when a ball is coming at me. To better explain, what do I do when a flick comes to me or a smash, or a push. What is my reaction to hit the ball? What hit should I do? Thanks
Hi Steven,
If the ball is coming straight at you the main thing is to be able to move to the side. Often you don't have a lot of time. If you can get your feet wider apart with a low stance then you will be able to sway to the side without even moving your feet to get a reasonable position to be able to deal with this ball.
