Hey Alois and Jeff. You guys are doing a wonderful job by spreading the art of table tennis to different parts of the world.
Coming back to my question.
In a gameplay situation I am not able to time my backhand topspin on an incoming underspin or sidespin service.
The case is same when i play with a player using long or short pips.
Pls help me.
I have been playing table tennis for the last 2 years .
I use Butterfly Tenergy 80 on my Forehand and Donic Coppa x2 on my backhand.
Hi Harkaran,
Firstly thank for the kind words.
I think the thing that will help most is watching the ball carefully. This will give you the timing that you need to hit the ball.
In training, experiment with hitting the ball earlier and later and see what works. You will start to find a timing that feel comfortable and natural to you.
