Could you please point me to the video that Jeff recorded on the Attacking Push.  I can't seem to find it ... BTW ... is there a search function that I'm missing?

Hi Zane,

Th push is usually a controlled stroke but can be played faster and longer.  If that is what you are wanting then take a look at the tutorial on The Push in Detail which will give you some ideas.  The main thing is to take the ball early and push through the stroke fast and sharp aiming to get the ball deep on the table.

At this stage we don’t have a site search function but if you go to theAsk the Coach page You will see a Search function there that will help you out.

Forehand Topspin Variations

A great weapon is being able to vary the amount of speed and spin on your forehand topspin stroke. By making your stroke more vertical and brushing the ball finely, you can generate more spin. For more speed you need to swing more horizontally.
