Strokes
Hi Alois,
I noticed that I have difficulties to adapt my starting position, especially with my FH. I tend to hold my bat too low if the balls bounces a little higher. That results in ball going long or at least not very fast. I try to watch the ball closely but still have this issue, also in multiball drills. Any tips how to improve here?
Thanks, Matthias
Hi Matthias,
Try to follow the ball with your bat. So as the ball is coming the bat adapts with it. This can be done better when tracking the ball. Using your eyes better and facing the ball with your chest as well. All of this helps to get into a better position both with your body and your bat.

Thanks for that tip!! I keep hitting with the edge of my paddle because I let my paddle drop too far between strokes
Yes it can be a very small timing issue.
