Coach there is a problem In my game.  Whenever  i shadow forehand topspin 5-10 min. it looks right, after that when i play forehand topspin on table my elbow come forward.please help me......

Hi Shashank,

Just make sure you are doing the stroke correctly in the shadow play.  You may want to hit more balls first before doing too much more shadow play.  Make sure you are doing the shadow play correctly otherwise you will be reinforcing bad habits.
