Jeff: Welcome to the PingPod, the ping pong podcast by PingSkills. I’m Jeff Plumb

Alois: and I’m Alois Rosario.

Jeff: And we’ve got some really exciting news about the Australian Open.

Alois: Yes Jeff, we’ve been asked to do some commentary at the Australian Open and it’s going to be exciting for us to watch some of the best players in the world and to commentate on the matches.

Jeff: It’s interesting because Australia hasn’t had an event on the world tour for a long time so this is really big news for Australia.

Alois: It is great news for Australia. A chance for Australian players to see some of the best players in the world live.

Jeff: And we’ve got some really top quality players coming. We’ve got a female that’s in the top 10.

Alois: Feng Tianwei. Who was World team’s champion a few years ago. So we’re going to be watching these players and we’ll be commentating on their matches and giving our views. Hopefully for you our viewers, we’ll be able to shed a little bit of light on some the tactics their using, the strategies, perhaps looking at some of their techniques, and some of the more advanced techniques that the best players in the world are using today.

Jeff: A really innovative company My Sport Live is going to be streaming this live on the net so we’ll put up a link for you so you can go check it out. Make sure you’re their on the 24th and 25th of May to watch Alois and I commentating on the Australian Open.
