Thanks.  We are now up to filming our 30th session.  THey have all come together well.  Hopefully a lot of interesting information in the Training Plans and Master classes.

It depends on the day that you signed up. You get them every 7 days from the day you signed up.

Alois, I noticed that when you switched from forehand push to backhand, you bh made contact with the ball when it comes off the table much more quickly than with your fh, does this affect how much spin/speed you put on the ball?

Hi Tom,

You can contact both at roughly the same time.  I have just moved across and contacted the backhand a bit earlier.  It is good to get a nice rhythm between the two. 

If you hit the ball earlier it will give the other player a bit less time to make their stroke and move.  By hitting the ball earlier you may also get a little more spin because the ball is moving a little faster and hitting the rubber a little faster so will generate more spin.  I would start by waiting a little longer to get better consistency initially.  You can take it earlier later if you get good at the skills.

Hi Amir,

Just check that you have your left speaker on.  This is one of our early lessons and the video equipment wasn't as good then and the audio was only through the left speaker.
