Backhand Placement

Download your session 16 training plan.

In this session we focus on your backhand attack and in particular the placement of your backhand attack. By being able to vary the placement of your backhand attack you will keep your opponent guessing and be able to play to wherever you feel is there weakest spot defensively.

Watch the related master class on the importance of the backhand.

Hi Lubomir,

Just try a little further into the lesson and let me know.  It comes up OK on my computer.  Let me know if it is still a problem.

The problem with sound goes still from time 1:45 - 3:16 of your record. It looks like your microphone in this section was switched off and I can hear you very quietly from long distance. The rest is OK. Thanks

Hi Lubomir,

It is a little quieter in that section.  Must have been a problem with the microphone.  When I turn the sound up on my computer it seems OK.

For this session, the video hasw a lot of pauses and I have to wait for a while before the video continue and it stops again. While I send this comment to you, the video has already stops 3 times and still have not resume. If it is possible to download, then I can play it without the disturbance. Thank you.

Hi Federick,

I'm pleased to announce that you can now download the lessons so you can then play them back at your leisure. The video files are in flash format (flv) so you'll need a player that can handle this. If you don't already have one on your computer then VLC Media Player is a good choice.
