i used it but the ball just hit the net and maked me lose many points

If the ball is always going into the net open up the angle of your bat more and slow down the stroke until you get the feel for it.  Add a little more topspin to the ball as well.  Start slowly until you feel confident with the stroke.

Alois and when I losing points by bh topspin can I also open angle of my bat??

Yes this can also work if you are hitting the ball into the net.
