Get Some Extra Speed and Spin

This video relates to session 10 of your PingSkills training plan.

How can you use your wrist consistently and fast and still keep the ball on the table on the backhand side?

Thanks,

Ian.

During your training just let your wrist go and don't worry too much about the ball going on the table.  Just focus on the relaxation and movement in the wrist.  The getting the ball on the table will come as you get the feel of it.
