which leg should be in front while playing table tennis for a right-handed players

HI Matej,

In general keep your left foot slightly forward of the right but they can be quite straight to the table as well.

ok, but when I want to stroke short ball I need to go step forward and I am not sure whit which leg

For the short ball your right foot comes forward for both forehand and backhand.
