I've always been wondering what type of serve is Samsonov's serve?

And by his serve I mean this one:

Hi Johnny,

This is a Pendulum High Toss serve.  It is his trademark serve.

Oh I see. Looked different to most pendulum serves so I was confused there.

How can i learn that serve? Can you explain me in detailfoot-in-mouth
