 Hello Alois and Jeff.

Since the nearest club is an hour and thirty minutes away I will be starting a club for my school.  I need to know things like what I should get if I'm on a limited budget.  I have yet to propose this but any club is accepted so I don't know my exact budget but i guess it would be about $500 USD and could increase depending on fundraising and how big it gets.

Any help is appreciated, Thanks!

Hi Bennett,

Well done on taking the initiative to start a club.

the first thing is to make sure you have enough tables to cater for the players.

Then there are not a lot of other expenses apart from Balls and perhaps a few remade rackets for players to use when they don’t have their own racket.

Haw many players do you think you will be able to attract?

I think I've got about 8-10 people who want to join when I get it started up.  But I have not asked that many people so I think anywhere from 8-14 people will show up first couple of days

Do you think something like this?

or a cheap table like that would work?

Hi Bennett,

That seems like a reasonable starter table.  The only thing that I would worry about is how tough the table will be in the school situation.
