Is it ok to play with a machine or by a human

I am here to ask you about training with a human is good but an you tell me that training with a machine is also helpful?

A robot is good if you don’t have an option to train with another player.  It has its limits though because the ball comes differently and also you don’t get the same cues as from another player hitting the ball to you.
