We use Australia Post to deliver all of our goods.
Delivery time is normally 5-7 business days for orders within Australia and 10-21 business days for international orders. While we make every effort to send your order promptly, PingSkills cannot be held responsible for Australia Post delays.
Shipping Charges are calculated for only one item in your order. This is based on the dearest freight item in your order.

Please email to inform us of the problem, outline the specific concern that you have and how you feel it is best rectified. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. We will review the situation and respond to you within 24hrs. Our prime concern is always the satisfaction of our customers. We will discuss the most appropriate method of returning the goods.
Please choose items carefully as we cannot refund for "change of mind" situations. Damages caused from misuse, abuse, and irregular maintenance are also not eligible for a return or refund.
