I'm currently going for a Japanese penhold blade, but what i heard that these blades 100% depend on the forehand as there is no rubber on the backhand. Is it true? and What's your comment on the new Butterfly Tenergy 80? cause i might put it on the japanese penhold blade that i may buy in the near future.:D
Hi,
Yes the Japanese penhold does rely on the forehand mainly.
I haven't used Tenergy 80. Has anyone elee used it that can give us a bit of a report on it.

Look up tenergy 80 review on youtube because table tennis daily have reviewed this rubber and give some advice on the characteristics of the rubber
However I should warn that it is very expensive to buy per sheet. there are some better rubbers that don't cost as much
good luck
