The Forehand Smash

The key to the smash is to get your feet moving early and get into a good position. As soon as you see the ball go high up into the air, you should be moving into position. Once you have established a good position, the rest of the smash is much easier. The backhand smash is very rarely used in Table Tennis as it is a much more difficult stroke and you should always have time to get around a play a forehand.
