Hi Shubham,

Firstly rallies of 40 to 45 are pretty good.

The only difference between hitting one ball and 100 balls is keeping your stroke the same and holding your concentration.  This comes with repetitive practice.  Keep at it.  Set yourself a target of how many balls you can do in a row and keep trying to beat it.

With regards to the lifting, keep your hand a little looser.  Also try to just brush the ball a little lighter.  This will give you good lift and spin and keep the ball n the table.

Good luck at the National championships.
