I am a two winged looper, and smasher, i loop usually on long balls with backhand and forehand, i currently use tenergy 05 should i switch my backhand to FX? I play close to the table, do you recommend me changing to fx? Also how often should i change my rubbers, i usually change it after 3 months , i play around 2 hours, 6 days a week, i use mizutani jun fl a butterfly off+ blade

Hi Shay,
It is purely a matter of preference which rubber you use, between Tenergy 05 and FX. THe FX rubber will give you better control. If you feel that is what you are looking for on your backhand then make the change. Because you play close to the table the FX is an option.
If you can have a hit with someones bat that has them on and see which feels better. If you are not sure, just choose one and practice like crazy.
It is great to see that you are able to train so much. Use your time wisely and you will see good improvements.
