Hi,

I'm Christiaan From the Netherlands and I"m a player training at your silver and gold lessons level.

I'm a allround player. I like to attack with my forehand and defend more with my backhand.

My question is : What type of bat can i use best, and what type of rubber can i use best for my forehand where i want to attack with. And fore my backhand where i want to chop and block more and even be able to attack a little with ?

Greetings from the Netherlands,

Christiaan

Hi Christiaan,

Thanks for your question. For your forehand use a rubber with 2.0mm sponge. I can recommend a rubber like Mark V. On the backhand use a slightly thinner rubber. Around 1.5mm Mark V would be good. This will give you more control and still allow you to attack.
