My tacky rubber is on backhand side, so if i want to serve must turn my bat and then turn it again. When after serve i get a problem there. I'm too late to turn it. How can I spin he bat faster?

Practice twirling your bat whenever you get a chance. While sitting in front of the television have your bat in your hand and keep twirling it. In fact you cna do this anywhere you get the chance. You will soon improve.
Just not in the shower, it may get a little wet.
