I would like to play table tennis with great spin and agressive top spin. I would also want to serve the ball which my opponent finds it difficult to return back the ball. What type of spin and speed rubber should i use to be more effective.

Try using rubbers like Mark V and Pryde. They are good quality rubbers that will help you to achieve a great amount of spin and will also allow you to generate some speed.
