Improving Chopping

Sometimes when I make my CHOP, go straight into the net, both backhand and forehand CHOP. What should I do to make a good back spin and when it sit good?

and also my loop against the smash, im not hit the table, help me!¨

Hi Mathias,

If your chop is going into the net try to go forward more than down with the stroke.  This will make the ball go further.  Make sure you still keep the brushing contact on the ball.

Smashing against loop isn't very easy.  You need to time the  ball very well to do this stroke.  Maybe think more about blocking the ball well.  If you can do this you can make our block a bit more effective by punching through the stroke a bit more.
