What can I do next time to win the match?

Hello!
I lost 2-3 the match at the competition. At the first game the score was 5-9, then it was 9-9, then 11-11 and finally i win the game 14-12. Then next i win 11-7. And other 3 games i was lost... 9-11, 9-11, 8-11... Last 3 games i was leading tha game untiil i was having 7 or 8 points... I don't know how i was lot the match... What i can do next time to win the match?

Hi Yuriy,
Often when we get close to the end of a match we tighten up a little. Try to find ways to stay relaxed when the end of the match is close. Sometimes, taking a deep breath helps you to do this.
The main thing is to try to stay focused on what you are doing, and watching the ball.
