How do you do a fast forehand smash?

When the opponent does a high lob how do you do a fast smash to bring the ball away from them?

Hi Oliver,

To make a fast smash the critical factor is your feet.  Yes, your feet.  If they are not in position, then it is always difficult to make a smash. 

You should take a look at the lesson on the Forehand Smash.  This will point out the other important parts of smash for you.
