What are the contact points for forehand topspin and backhand topspin?

Hi Gagan,

For the topspin the best contact point is closeer to the top of the racket.  This is for both forehand and backhand topspin.

If you are referring to the contact point in relaiton to your body, it is best at around a point where you would comfortably catch a ball.  This is around waist height and just infront of your body.
